We ship within the United States, EXCEPT to the following states, cities and counties in the US where Kratom is banned: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County, FL, Union County, MS, San Diego, CA, Jerseyville, IL, Oceanside, CA, and Ontario, OR.
All orders placed before 2 pm est are shipped the same day! We do everything in our power to make sure your package ships quickly from our warehouse. Every order comes with tracking information sent to your email. Once USPS picks it up, we expect them to do their part in delivering your package in a timely manner. USPS First Class typically takes 4-7 days, and USPS Priority usually takes 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays) to arrive. If you have any concerns over your order, send us an email!
Yes, once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and shipping details (please review it to make sure everything is correct!)
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive your tracking information to your email as well. Make sure you check your spam folder, as some of our emails can end up there.
Please be aware that our fulfilment center does not operate on Sundays and Federal Holidays when the post office is closed.

If your order needs to be returned back to us, we will send you a return label. Once it’s being shipped back to us, we can process the refund or send the exchange or replacement.

Yes! Ordering in bulk can save you more money. The larger the order, the bigger the discount you receive. If you are interesting in wholesale, contact our support team for more information.
We can only update your shipping address if your order has not left the warehouse. Our cut-off time for address changes is 2 p.m. est. Please review your shipping address before and after placing your order, and reach out to us immediately if it needs to be updated. If your order has already shipped, there is no way for us to re-route or change the shipping address.
If your order has arrive damaged, please e-mail us a picture of the state your received your order. We will assess the damage and send out the appropriate replacement.
Please e-mail us a picture of the order that you received along with the packing slip. We will make sure you receive the order that you paid for. Replacements will be sent as soon as possible.
You can change or cancel an order by reaching out to our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped out, we will send you a return label so you can ship it back to us.

Mitragyna speciosa, commonly known as kratom, is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia from the coffee family. Kratom plants can be found in the forests of Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar and Papa New Guinea. All kratom imported to the United States comes from Indonesia. The leaves are harvested from mature trees, dried, and crushed. Kratom leaves have been used by the locals of Southeast Asia for centuries.
Yes! All of our products are tested in small batches by an accredited third-party lab. We test for heavy metals, contaminants, and adulterants. To ensure microbial safety we test for salmonella, e. coli and coliforms, yeast, mold, and aerobic plate count. Testing is also performed for Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, and Mercury. We also provide a full-spectrum panel of 9 different alkaloids. All lab tests are available upon request, just email in!
Our Kratom comes from some of the best farmers in Borneo, Indonesia. We carefully source kratom powder with the highest alkaloid content, which is responsible for kratom’s unique effects.
Our strains are selected based on their unique alkaloid profile. Strains with higher mitragynine levels tend to be more energizing, while lower mitragynine levels tend to be more relaxing. Some strains have a full spectrum of other alkaloids that give you a perfect balanced relief for body & mind.
We cannot make specific medical claims on our products. Kratom is a natural product and can effect each person differently, based on physiology, tolerance, serving size, etc.
The colors of kratom strains refer to the different hues of kratom powder. When kratom is harvest and dried, different drying techniques can cause the powder to change color. “Red” kratom tends to have a deeper, darker shade from drying the leaves in direct sunlight for longer periods of time. “White” and “Green” kratom are lighter or brighter shades of green, and are typically dried indoors away from direct sunlight.
These drying techniques can help the kratom produce different effects. Green kratom can be more energizing, Red kratom is used for relaxation and white kratom can be used for clarity and concentration.
Kratom can be taken in many different ways! You can mix your desired serving size in water or fruit juice. You can also make a tea by steeping the kratom in hot water for 15 minutes. We offer kratom in capsules as well if you are not fond of the taste.
The recommended serving size for kratom is 1 teaspoon (about 2.4 grams). We recommend starting small, than gradually increasing your serving size until you find your desired effect.
